GLOW POLICIES
A. NO SHOW + LATE CANCELLATION
We understand that life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. For changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the service price or $100 for medical aesthetic appointments will apply.
If you're unable to attend your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the full cost of the service or 200 for medical aesthetic appointments will be charged. A 100 fee applies for missed consultations.
B. GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS/PACKAGES
Our gift cards and vouchers are perfect for treating yourself or a loved one and can be redeemed exclusively at Glow Spa. Please note, they cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Treat your card like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. All gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for services only.
Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable to another service, product, or person.
C. CONDUCT
At Glow, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of hatred, including racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or ableism. Any such behavior will result in being asked to leave immediately, without a refund.
D. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY
GLOW shall not be liable for any lost or stolen property taken from the premises. Clients shall take their own adequate precautions against loss or theft of personal property belonging to them. Lockers will be provided for all clients using the Spa Retreat but are invited to do so at their own risk.
